SUPACREAMER WHITE MARGARINE

A blend of specially selected palm oil fractions that have been refined, bleached and deodorised and thereafter cooled and tempered until solid. It is a premium white margarine that whips easily to almost double its original volume

Perfect for Buttercream type applications, filling creams, icing manufacturers and other aerated products. It can also be used to manufacture biscuits, cakes, bread and pastries

Whips to 1,8 times its volume / Better stability for butter cream icing

Store in a cooled area, away from strong humidity and direct sunlight. Preferably between 18-20 deg C. Remove from cold room storage 24 hours for optimum usage.
